Oshawott's evolved form, Dewott, the Discipline Pokemon. It is a pure Water Type.

In my opinion, Dewott is a really cool looking Pokemon. I tried to draw him in a ninja sort of pose, but had to make several adjustments to my drawing on the computer. I hope he turned out okay. ^_^
